Ginny Williams

Practice Administrator

Ginny is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. She began working for Dr. Waugh in 1998 as a Treatment Coordinator, educating new patients and their families on the benefits of orthodontic treatment. After leaving Athens to raise a family and manage the family business, she returned to the practice in 2014 as our Practice Administrator. Ginny manages the day-to-day operations of Waugh & Allen Orthodontics and works with our amazing team to provide superior service for every single patient.

Ginny has three children Brooke, Wyatt, and Olivia, as well as one beautiful granddaughter, Riley Claire. The latest addition to their family is a Brittney spaniel, Sarge. When Ginny isn't in the office, you will probably find her by the pool, playing tennis, or at a UGA game "between the hedges."



Sherrie Davis

Financial Coordinator

Sherrie handles the financial aspects of our patients’ orthodontic treatment, including verifying insurance benefits and setting up payment plans. She brought years of financial experience in the medical field with her when joining our team in 2015. Sherrie loves that orthodontic treatment helps give patients a confident smile and boosts their self-esteem, and is very proud to be a part of the process.

Sherrie and her husband were married in 2005. She has one daughter who just graduated high school and will start college in the fall of 2016, as well as a dog named Oreo. Sherrie enjoys spending her free time with family, reading the Bible, gardening, and shopping.


Judy Carter

Insurance Coordinator

Judy has been with Dr. Waugh since 1994. Being cross-trained as a treatment coordinator, receptionist, records technician, and IT, Judy is a great utility player. She can also help coordinate all your insurance benefits for your treatment.

Judy has been married to her husband, Ed, since 1977. They have two daughters, Brooke and Meagan, and a handsome grandson named Carter. Judy is also huge animal lover. Her Chihuahua Izzy, and two cats Penny-Lane and Boots are truly her babies. She also likes to paint and restore furniture.


Kim Murray

Treatment Coordinator

Kim works with Dr. Waugh during our new patients’ exams and helps to educate each patient on orthodontic treatment and help them to find the best option to meet their goals. She began working for Waugh & Allen Orthodontics in 2002, and through the years of working for Dr. Waugh, has gained experience in several areas of the practice. Kim, like all of our team members, has a true commitment to excellence.

Kim has been married to her husband Reid since 2003 and has two sweet boys, Tyler and Eli. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.


Debbie Dean

Treatment Coordinator

Debbie began working for Dr. Waugh back in 2001 as a Clinical Assistant. She later took on the role of Treatment Coordinator to allow her to focus more on working with new families to the practice. After taking some time with her children, Debbie recently returned to our team in March of 2016. We’re so glad to have her back with our family! She now assists Dr. Waugh with New Patient Exams and helps our patients find the best overall treatment suited to their personal needs.

Debbie and her husband Allan have five children and are also foster parents. They love to go hiking and do yard work. Her hobbies include painting, traveling, and getting coffee with friends.


Sherrie “Cuz” Cousineau

Treatment Coordinator

Sherrie joined our office as a treatment coordinator in 2013, having received in-office training and graduating from the University of Georgia. She gets to know our patients from the moment they come to our office by helping them through their initial exams and going over the treatment plan prescribed by Dr. Waugh. Sherrie greatly appreciates working with a doctor who is so trustworthy and has produced incredible results time after time.

Sherrie is married to Steve, and has three awesome children and one spoiled dog, a Shepherd-Husky mix named Meeka. She loves to travel and play tennis, and attends church at Grace Fellowship.


Morgan Bittler

Treatment Coordinator

Morgan completed her CDA/EFDA from Athens Technical College, Kennesaw State University in 2015 and joined Dr. Waugh’s team shortly thereafter. She works with Dr. Waugh and our new patients during initial exams and helps to explain all their treatment options. Morgan’s playful personality is a great fit with our fun-loving team!

Morgan adopted a dog, Brody, from the Oconee County Humane Society. Her hobbies include painting and drawing, as well as going to different concerts and shows with friends!

Tracy Vitug

Registered Dental Hygienist

Tracy has been with Dr. Waugh since 1996. She received her Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science from Gainesville College/Lanier Technical College in 1999. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honors Society and the American Dental Hygiene Association.

At Waugh & Allen she developed the Partners in Prevention Program (4X),a comprehensive oral hygiene program to address hygiene problems from the patient level all the way up to working one-on-one with their general dentists and dental hygienist. She facilitates annual dental hygiene continuing education programs for the area's 100+ dental hygienists, and started other systems like educational classes for patients and parents, along with tailored hygiene products for patients.

Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and eating out! She has been happily married to her husband, Marty, since 1997. They live with their beautiful daughter, Myca, just north of Athens in Commerce, Georgia.


Sherri Carithers

Clinical Assistant

Sherri has been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Waugh since 1997. She assists Dr. Waugh chairside by putting on braces, monitoring adjustment visits, providing patient education, and creating beautiful smiles. She also assists in the training of our orthodontic assistants.

Sherri is originally from Barrow County. She has two children and two granddaughters. She enjoys being out in the sun, going to the lake, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.


Mollie Ayers

Clinical Assistant

Mollie studied dental assisting at Athens Technical College, graduating in 2000 and joining Dr. Waugh’s team in 2015. In addition to working alongside Dr. Waugh in the clinical area, she also serves as our inventory specialist. Mollie is always interested in learning new and improved ways to treat our patients.

Mollie married her high school sweetheart, Ryan, in 2001. They have a daughter, Hailea, and a dog, Tebow, who is spoiled and thinks he is a human. Mollie’s free time is spent at the ball field or the gym.



April Stone

Clinical Assistant

April has been an orthodontic assistant since 1999. She also has five years of dental assisting experience. April is a graduate of Athens Technical College. Since joining our team in 2015, April has made herself invaluable, both to her coworkers and to our patients. She loves making people smile!

April and her husband Jerico have two boys, Duncan and Chandler, and a Yorkie named Finn. She loves spending time with her boys, swimming, and playing with her nephew and nieces.


Kari Spitzer

Clinical Assistant

Kari attended the Orthodontic School of Atlanta, graduating in 2013, and joining Dr. Waugh’s team in 2015. Like all of our orthodontic assistants, she is here to help Dr. Waugh during the placement and removal of braces and everything in between. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the patients’ results and their beautiful smiles.

Kari is engaged and has a beautiful son. They enjoy riding motorcycles in their free time.


Tony LePain

Diagnostic Director

Tony has been with Waugh & Allen since 2007. He is one of the first people you will meet as a new patient. Tony's priority is providing safe and precise care. He administers Cone Beam CT scans on prescribed patients both in our practice and for doctors in the surrounding area who require this cutting-edge technology for surgeries, dental implants, TMJ evaluation, etc. With more than 30 years of photographic experience, both as a professional and in retail sales, Tony brings a well-rounded knowledge base to the practice.

Tony has been married to his wife, Kathleen since 1987. They have two wonderful sons, William and Matthew, who attended Georgia Southern University. In his free time, he enjoys photography, biking, listening to 80’s Rock music, and being active in his church in the vestry and as an usher.


Bri Carr

Imaging/Scan Technician

Bri studies business at Athens Technical College and joined Dr. Waugh in 2015. She takes all of the digital photographs in our hygiene wheel at each patient’s adjustment appointment. Bri also uses the latest technology to digitally scan our patients for different appliances including Herbst, expanders, and Invisalign®, which cuts out the need for the messy, traditional "impressions" you may remember if you've had braces. Working with our advanced technology is one of Bri’s favorite things about our office!

Bri enjoys hanging out with friends, going to Country music concerts, and spending time with her nephew.


Samantha Jackson

Sterilization Technician

Samantha joined Waugh & Allen Orthodontics in 2003. In addition to keeping all instruments sterilized, Samantha also assists with inventory control and patient flow in our Winder office. She also assists Dr. Waugh and the assistants with getting what they need during patient appointments.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her mother. She also loves singing and listening to R&B, Jazz, and Gospel.


Celia Sanders

Lab Technician

Celia joined Dr. Waugh in 1997. Having worked with Dr. Waugh for more than 20 years, she has been trained to fabricate our retainers in-house so that our patients can maintain a beautiful smile. Celia may also be seen making special deliveries to our wonderful supporting dental offices throughout the community. She always has a smile on her face and a willingness to make every patient and parent's day a little bit easier.

Celia and her husband, Randall, were married in 1982. They have one wonderful daughter, Randa, a boxer named Ripley, and a grand-dog. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys reading and shopping.
